Letcher County Receives Transportation Funding.
Letcher County, Whitesburg and Jenkins were presented Friday with more than a million dollars for various projects. The monies are part of Transportation Cabinet funding across the Commonwealth. One of the projects in Letcher is a welcome center to be located along Route 23.
